Challenges for customers in B2B purchasing in Germany 2022
In 2022, around 44 percent of B2B companies in Germany said that the biggest challenge for the customer experience was delivery and tracking. For 33 percent of companies, it was a smooth payment process. This could be due to the website not accepting the customers' preferred method of payment, or perhaps the payment being blocked for various reasons, making it more difficult or impossible for the purchase to be completed.
